What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the financial institution location to help to deter unwanted activity.

Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and client site procedures.

Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and / or law enforcement as needed.

Follow all site-specific instructions and procedures relevant to the financial institution environment.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
