Job Title : Electrical Engineer Circuit Design (Avionics Components)

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong expertise in circuit design schematic capture and PCB layout particularly for older avionics components and this role you will be responsible for designing troubleshooting and modernizing circuit boards and assemblies that integrate with legacy aerospace platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Design develop and update electrical circuits schematics and PCB layouts.

Perform reverse engineering and redesign for obsolete or discontinued avionics components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet aerospace industry standards.

Conduct testing validation and troubleshooting of circuit boards and electronic systems.

Prepare technical documentation including design reports test procedures and compliance records.

Support sustaining engineering activities to extend the lifecycle of existing avionics products.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

5 years of experience in circuit design schematic capture and PCB layout.

Hands-on experience with older avionics systems components or military / aerospace electronics.

Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g. Altium OrCAD Mentor Graphics).

Strong knowledge of analog / digital circuit design and component-level troubleshooting.

Familiarity with DO-160 MIL-STD or other aerospace standards a plus.

Excellent problem-solving documentation and communication skills.

$120000 - $150000 a year
