Job Title : ServiceNow Vulnerability Response

Location : Tampa, FL | Jersey City, NJ | New York, NY (Onsite 4 days / week)

Employment Type : Contract

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Engineer with extensive experience in Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance . This role involves solution design, development, and continuous improvement , ensuring robust security workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Development & Security Optimization

Architect and support multiple ServiceNow products , ensuring seamless operation.
Collaborate with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to implement enhancements.
Design and implement runbooks, processes, and procedures for Vulnerability Response .
Develop dashboards and reports , optimizing security workflows.
Analyze and enhance existing security processes , ensuring compliance and automation .

Technical Implementation & Integration

Configure and support third-party integrations (Qualys, Tanium, Veracode).

Implement Discovery / CMDB , ensuring robust asset management and visibility.

Work with Service Portal , scripting, UI / UX customization, and performance analytics.

Develop and manage REST API integrations with external security tools.

Operational Support & Agile Collaboration

Provide on-call support , ensuring quick resolution of security incidents.

Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and reporting .

Engage in agile development teams , driving continuous capability improvements .

Qualifications & Experience :

Minimum Requirements :

8+ years of ServiceNow expertise , including architecture, configuration, and development .

4+ years of hands-on experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance, and Performance Analytics .

Strong scripting experience in JavaScript, , PowerShell .

Understanding of Vulnerability Management and security automation strategies .

Preferred Qualifications :

Technical experience with ITSM, GRC, and IT Asset Management .

Backend SQL Server development knowledge is a plus.
