    Position Overview :

    The Wellness Director oversees healthcare operations and ensures our residents receive the highest quality of care. You will :

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for residents
  • Maintain and monitor treatment plans
  • Manage the medication program
  • Supervise and mentor the healthcare team, including QMAPs and CNAs
  • Coordinate care with medical providers and third-party services
  • Participate in care conferences

    • Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, with some on-call responsibilities

    Qualifications :

  • Current RN license in good standing in the state of Colorado
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a senior living environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
