We are seeking a visionary Chief Medical Executive to lead the charge in creating a transformative clinical strategy focused on delivering exceptional patient and provider experiences, achieving high-quality outcomes, and ensuring affordable care. In this pivotal role, you will oversee medical management functions, develop innovative clinical product strategies, and advance value-based care initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking physician executive with comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare landscape, especially within health plans, coupled with a successful history in steering clinical and business strategies.
The CMO will play a key role in promoting health equity by designing and implementing strategies tailored to reduce disparities and improve access to high-quality care. We seek individuals with an MD or DO degree; additional qualifications like an MBA or relevant business experience are advantageous. A minimum of 10 years in healthcare leadership is essential, alongside expertise in clinical execution, enterprise value creation, and scaling commercial solutions.
The role calls for outstanding leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a proven record of delivering innovative clinical solutions. Experience in value-based care, commercial health plan product design, and a dedication to compliance, safety, and quality care are critical. Additionally, you will be tasked with fostering a dynamic clinical workforce, emphasizing talent management and cultivating a culture of engagement and excellence.
