Data Entry

Automation Personnel Services is currently seeking a Data Entry for a fast-growing and dynamic company located in Pasadena, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to join an amazing team and grow within a company that values its employees.

Pay Rate

17.50 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday - Friday 6AM to 2 : 30PM or 8AM to 4 : 30PM (some weekends & overtime)

Data Entry Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data in various databases and computer systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of data entered and make corrections as necessary to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain effective record-keeping practices, organizing files for easy retrieval and future use.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on the data collected and entered in the system.

Data Entry Qualifications and Requirements

  • 4 plus years of recent Data Entry
  • Strong focus on accuracy and detail to minimize errors in data entry.
  • Able to work overtime
  • Must have Texas driver’s license
  • Must be able to read and write competently
  • Steel toe boots required
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds (Lifting Assessment will be completed in the office)
  • Background check and drug screen required
  • Forklift Operation is a plus
