Bosco, the latest concept from The Absinthe Group, is seeking talented and professional Servers to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate group dedicated to delivering warm hospitality and outstanding dining experiences in a stylish, welcoming space.

We're looking for individuals who are service-driven, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about food, wine, and hospitality.

Qualified candidates will have :

• 2+ years of fine dining server experience
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
• A polished, professional demeanor with a passion for service
• Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• The ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• A flexible schedule, with availability Tuesday through Saturday
