Aquatic experience isn't necessary since we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities Include :
- Hiring, coaching, leading and inspiring a team - both in aquatics and customer service.
- Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction!
- Lead by example, working front-line shifts and through team enhancement and development.
- Calmly, positively and proactively respond to challenges.
- Maintain a clean and safe facility.
- Master our teaching curriculum and customer service practices.
- Create a caring, fun, friendly and effective work environment!
- Create and manage schedules and lead regular team meetings Manage employee engagement and retention.
- Develop your operations team to be industry leaders. Directly manage key performance indicators to ensure the location is operating efficiently and effectively.
