Description :

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for an Emergency Room position.

The nurse will provide care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The unit is a Level IV Emergency Room with a focus on cardiac and stroke care.

The facility has 32 total beds with an average of 125-150 patients per day.

Two trauma bays and two seclusion rooms are available for critical care.

The nurse will work alongside a team including charge nurses, ED techs, and security personnel.

Patient-to-nurse ratios will be 1 : 4-5 depending on patient acuity.

Nurses are expected to monitor patients and interpret telemetry strips.

The facility supports in-house pharmacy services and lab draws by RNs and ED techs.

Shifts will include every other weekend, with holiday rotations required.

All staff must wear professional-colored scrubs.

Candidates with triage experience may need to pass a triage test.

This opportunity involves floating within designated facilities as needed.

Team collaboration and effective communication are essential in this role.
