Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter and validate vendor and invoice information. This role focuses on high-volume data entry and ensuring accuracy in financial records. Responsibilities include :

• Enter and code invoices for assigned branches quickly and accurately.
• Meet daily data entry volume goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Flag and escalate discrepancies to senior team members for resolution.
• Maintain organized records and follow established processes for invoice handling.
• Provide basic support to internal teams and vendors regarding invoice status.

Job Type & Location : This is a contract position based out of Richardson, TX.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
