About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll serve as a critical link between customers, our internal teams, and production. You’ll handle incoming inquiries, prepare accurate estimates with urgency, and ensure a seamless transition from first contact to final delivery. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing service with structure, speed with precision, and teamwork with ownership.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to incoming sales calls, emails, and walk-ins

Prepare and deliver estimates quickly, ideally within 24 hours

Maintain accurate records of estimates, orders, and client communications

Collaborate with estimating, fabrication, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations

Update and manage customer data using QuickBooks and internal systems

Identify opportunities to upsell, clarify project needs, or recommend appropriate materials

Provide reliable and friendly service that exceeds customer expectations

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in sales support, estimating, or inside sales

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines

Strong attention to detail and time management

Construction, roofing, or sheet metal experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Hours :

Full-Time : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Occasional Saturday shift : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM
