We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Consulting HR Admin Clerk to join our team in the ever-evolving Healthcare industry. This entry-level position is ideal for an individual passionate about making a difference in the workplace, eager to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our employees. This role will focus on providing administrative support to our HR department, assisting with new hire packets, and contributing to our overall HR strategy.
Responsibilities :
1. Assist in the development and distribution of new hire packets, ensuring all necessary paperwork and information are included.
2. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling, filing, and maintaining employee records.
3. Assist in the coordination of HR projects, such as meetings, training, surveys, and more.
4. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating job postings.
5. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
6. Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our overall business goals.
8. Provide excellent customer service to our employees, answering any HR-related queries and resolving issues promptly.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
1. Open to entry level admin candidates
2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
