Full Stack Java Developer

This is a U.S.-based remote role, open exclusively to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders. You'll be working on modern, scalable applications using a full-stack tech environment. Whether you bring 1 year or 6 years of experience, we want to hear from developers passionate about building great software end-to-end. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. Build dynamic, responsive front-end applications using React.js, Angular, or similar frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and peer code reviews. Write clean, efficient, and testable code. Debug and optimize applications for speed and scalability. Required Skills & Experience : Backend Development : Proficiency in Java (8 or above) and Spring Boot for backend services. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and Microservices. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with JPA / Hibernate, Spring Security, and API integration. Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito. Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, Git, and build tools like Maven / Gradle. Understanding of cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) is a plus. Frontend Development : Hands-on experience with JavaScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design practices. Experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Context API) is a plus. Preferred (Bonus) Skills : Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies. Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and secure API practices. Prior experience working with remote / distributed teams.
