Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other key stakeholders.

Educate potential clients on Dragonfly Health's services, including pharmacy and DME solutions.

Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions to optimize patient care.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.

Track and report sales activities and performance metrics to achieve goals and KPIs.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings.

Represent Dragonfly Health at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client partnerships.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or healthcare-related fields.

Proven success in sales or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries.

Familiarity with DME, pharmacy services, or healthcare technology is a plus.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
