Talent Sourcing Specialist
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across the business. You will work closely with senior business leaders and hiring managers to support the candidate sourcing strategy across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Talent Acquisition : Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-calibre candidates. Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, networks, and partnerships to build a pipeline of top talent.
- Stakeholder Management : Partner with senior recruiters to understand business needs, advise on market trends, and tailor recruitment strategies for recruitment or key hires.
- Market Expertise : Stay up-to-date with industry developments, trends, and regulations in the financial services sector. Share market insights with the hiring team to optimize recruitment approaches and ensure competitive hiring practices.
- Candidate Assessment & Engagement : Screen, interview, and assess candidates' technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit for roles. Present shortlisted candidates to recruiters with thorough evaluations and recommendations.
- Onboarding : Support candidates through the offer and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition into the organisation.
- Metrics & Reporting : Track and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity. Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Admin / Compliance : Ensuring all documentation, references and right to work e.g. passports / visas are correct and stored on system.
Requirements :
Experience : Experience in recruitment either in agency or onsite.Recruitment Expertise : Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates in a competitive environment.Sourcing Skills : Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using a variety of platforms and networks.Analytical & Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess candidate suitability accurately. Data-driven approach to tracking and improving recruitment performance.
