Contractor, Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven  Infrastructure Engineer (Contractor)  to support and enhance the cloud and identity infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, AWS, Okta, and server and network administration, with a strong focus on security, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage  Office 365  solutions including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 security tools.
• Configure and maintain  Okta SSO , SCIM, and identity lifecycle management processes.
• Support and administer  AWS services  such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, EFS, ECS, Route 53, and Storage Gateway.
• Lead and execute  cloud migration  projects from on-premises or third-party platforms.
• Configure and manage  Microsoft Intune  for device and application management.
• Provide tailored Office 365 recommendations based on client environments and business needs.
• Guide best practices for  security, governance, and compliance  within Microsoft 365.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for IT teams and end-users.
• Troubleshoot and manage Office 365 services, including  Azure AD , email security, and collaboration tools.
• Implement and manage  RBAC ,  MFA , and  conditional access  policies.
• Develop and maintain  PowerShell scripts  to automate administrative tasks.
• Utilize  Power Platform  (Power Automate, Power Apps) to streamline workflows and business processes.
• Integrate Office 365 with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Administer and maintain  Windows and Linux servers  in hybrid environments.
