Position Summary :

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring each resident’s comfort and dignity. This role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Resident Care :  Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Health Monitoring :  Take and record vital signs, report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
• Personal Care :  Provide comfort and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and respect for dignity.
• Safety and Cleanliness :  Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; adhere to infection control policies.
• Documentation :  Accurately record and report care activities in compliance with facility standards.
