Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
  • Proven experience in technical program management, especially with web and mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Asana.
  • Experience with web and mobile technologies such as JavaScript, Swift, and Kotlin.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS and Microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Web Application Architecture.
  • Background in HYBRID App Development.

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of web and mobile application projects, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and processes for web and mobile application development.
  • Collaborate with product management to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring quality and reliability of applications.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest web and mobile technologies.
