The Role :

Working with a dynamic academic team, delivering a range of golf coaching modules on higher education programmes, primarily at levels five and six. The successful candidate’s role would include :

Leading a range of golf coaching focused modules across our academic programmes

 Recruiting, training, supporting and retaining an appropriate workforce (including Tutors, Assessors and markers) to deliver material on the PGA Training Programme

 Designing, producing, coordinating, marking & moderating of assessments

 Working closely with Academy and University staff to ensure that programmes continue to meet quality assurance standards as established externally

 Working with industry experts and undertaking research to design, produce and maintain learning materials that ensure that they remain cutting-edge, and that programmes continue to be ground-breaking

Role Requirements : Education / Qualifications / Key Competences / Personal Profile :

 Being educated to graduate level in a relevant subject area

 Have a sound understanding of all aspects of golf coaching

 Previous coaching experience, ideally in golf

 Computer literate

 Previous experience as a module leader in further or higher education

 Experience of e-learning production as well as experience of using learning management systems would be desirable
