Full Time, Evening Shift (10 am - 6 pm, may include Saturdays)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a go-getter and detail-oriented Field Audit Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing solar installation photos for compliance and ensuring that all jobs are ready for inspection. You will work closely with our installation teams to verify that each project meets company standards and complies with local codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Audit solar installs for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards
  • Read and understand manufacturer spec sheets and electrical / solar plans
  • Verify that installations are ready for inspection before sign-off
  • Communicate effectively with installation teams to address any discrepancies
  • Submit accurate change order requests and create detailed service tickets
  • Maintain detailed records of all audits conducted
  • Build photo packets for inspections and AHJs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify jurisdictional or utility requirements and objectives

Qualifications :

  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Takes initiative, can work independently, and is committed to excellence
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with customer service and occasional complaint resolution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to navigate websites, application forms, spreadsheets, and customer relationship management software
  • At this time, no remote work is offered. Work must be done in the office
