Provide expert technical support for both rotating and fixed equipment across regional sites.Address mechanical failures, turbomachinery issues, and reliability challenges with innovative solutions.Offer mechanical engineering expertise for capital projects and site turnarounds.Collaborate with procurement to enhance equipment and service contract standards.Champion continuous improvement in mechanical integrity and long-term asset reliability.Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, GMP, environmental, quality, and Responsible Care standards.Maintain a consistent on-site presence, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.Engage in required training programs and support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives.Foster a collaborative environment and provide cross-functional support.Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required, with a preference for Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering or maintenance within a chemical, petrochemical, or refining environment.
- Extensive experience with turbomachinery and rotating equipment (10+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP or similar CMMS systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, resolve problems, and make timely decisions.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels and experience supporting multiple sites.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor site personnel.
- Eligibility to obtain a TWIC card is required.
