In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing processes for assigned construction projects, ensuring compliance with company and client standards, and supporting project teams with documentation and financial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage billing processes for assigned construction accounts

Collaborate with owners’ representatives and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing

Prepare and review AIA forms, lien waivers, and other billing documentation

Ensure all billing complies with company and client guidelines

Maintain and manage controlled documents, including revisions and distribution

Support project managers with document control and billing-related tasks

Review contracts and subcontracts for billing implications

Assist with year-end closeouts and audits Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of billing experience, preferably in construction or a related industry

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with Foundation or similar billing software is a plus

Solid understanding of electronic billing systems

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
