Accounts Payable Specialist

Description

A premier hospitality and resort management group located in Encinitas is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support their accounting team. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and a customer-service mindset to ensure smooth financial operations for multiple resort and vacation properties. Responsibilities :

• Process high-volume invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Code and enter invoices into Sage Intacct for multiple property accounts.
• Prepare weekly check runs and ACH payments.
• Maintain organized AP files and assist with month-end accruals.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to ensure proper payment processing.
• Assist the Controller with reporting and special projects.
