Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to drive business growth across a key regional territory. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial end-users, while promoting a suite of hardware and IoT-enabled products that are essential to modern automation systems.

What You'll Do :

• Develop and execute a strategic regional sales plan aligned with corporate growth goals.
• Identify and win new business in core sectors including manufacturing, logistics, and infrastructure.
• Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and plant engineers.
• Lead technical discussions, solution demos, and commercial negotiations throughout the sales cycle.
• Serve as the customer's trusted advisor—translating challenges into tailored signaling and automation solutions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive products, and market shifts to inform sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and marketing teams to meet customer needs.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer sites—showcasing innovation in action.
