About the Role

As a Recovery Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence and strategic direction of Meridian. You will :

• Assists the treatment team in providing direct client care.
• Aids in ensuring an orderly, safe and therapeutic environment by maintaining a therapeutic relationship with person served and treats person served with dignity and respect at all times.
• Monitors person served to help maintain a safe, clean environment and sets standards for milieu monitoring through the performance of these tasks.
• Observes, reports and documents client interaction among peers, staff and the community as it relates to clients' individual recovery goals.
