We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist 1 to join our IT Team located in Tallahassee, Florida .
- This full-time position offers an hourly rate of $23
Weekday Shifts (Monday–Friday)
7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
3 : 00 PM – Midnight
Weekend Shift Block
Saturday, Sunday, Monday : 10 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 PM
Tuesday : 9 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM
The Technical Support Specialist I position will be based out of Tallahassee, FL and will be the first level of technical support provided to our end users. Support tickets will be received by both phone and email. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; troubleshooting and resolving computer, printer, software, and network related issues. Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills are required.
