About the Role :
Due to growth, we are looking to add an Account Manager to our team. In this role, you will utilize many of the top insurance companies in Michigan to design and manage insurance plans for the Agency's clients. You'll build strong relationships, provide expert guidance, and ensure each client receives outstanding service and support. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of helping families in West Michigan make better insurance decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Win : Deliver personalized service and proactive guidance to help clients achieve the most favorable insurance position possible. Collaborate with teammates and insurance company personnel to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction. When our clients win, we win.
- Control the Inputs : Process policy changes, analyze renewals, assist with claims, and respond to client inquiries based on Agency guidelines. Focus on what you can control and trust that the rest will fall into place.
- Excellence is the Expectation : Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all client interactions. Ensure all documentation and communications meet the Agency's standards of excellence.
- Attitude Above Everything : Approach each day with positivity, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset. Foster trust and confidence with clients and colleagues alike.
Qualifications :
A client-first mindset with a commitment to our mission and Core Values.A friendly, optimistic demeanor that will enhance our Agency's culture (no Debbie Downers allowed).A growth mindset and a desire to continuously improve.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.At least one year of personal lines insurance experience (account management experience preferred but not required)Michigan property and casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.What We Offer :
