Responsibilities :
Conduct regular audits of inventory in designated warehouse zones, verifying stock levels against system data.
Investigate and document any variances between physical counts and inventory records.
Use forklifts, order pickers, or other material handling equipment to reach and inspect items as needed.
Accurately enter count data using handheld RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
Partner with Receiving, Shipping, and Picking teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support product flow.
Support full inventory counts during scheduled physical audits.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with internal safety policies.
Process system adjustments when authorized to correct stock levels.
Work with team leads and supervisors to identify patterns or causes of recurring inventory issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.
Working hours : 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM
Skills :
Experience using RF scanners and familiarity with inventory software
Education : No Degree Required
Experience : 1-4 years
Qualifications :
Must be able to read, count, and enter data accurately in both paper and digital formats.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational habits are essential.
Must be certified to operate forklifts (both sit-down and stand-up) and / or order pickers.
Able to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Flexibility to work non-standard shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
