Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

• Warmly greet clients both in-person and over the phone, ensuring they are directed to the right team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and facilitate effective office communication.
• Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
• Engage in sales conversations with potential and existing clients, identifying opportunities to provide insurance solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service capacity is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Comfortable engaging in sales discussions.
• Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
