Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :
- Warmly greet clients both in-person and over the phone, ensuring they are directed to the right team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and facilitate effective office communication.
- Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
- Engage in sales conversations with potential and existing clients, identifying opportunities to provide insurance solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service capacity is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable engaging in sales discussions.
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
