As the Salesforce Administrator you will play an integral role in leading the design and ongoing development of our Salesforce.com implementation for Elderplan, our highly successful Managed Care Health Plan located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn, NY. Working closely with business leaders, users, IS staff, vendors and SME's you will help us identify, develop and deliver new and improved integrated business processes throughout multiple organizational units including but not limited to Member Services, Provider Services, Business Development, Enrollment and Sales and Marketing. This is a rare opportunity to use your project management, administrator and business analyst skills in in a collaborative and collegial business environment. Working through a number of direct and indirect reports, you will be responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform.

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business Administration or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Salesforce platform in an administrative role is required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT or business application project management role required
  • Prior experience in a Health care or health plan setting in an information services role is preferred
  • Knowledge of Mulesoft preferred
  • Excellent project management skills, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage laterally and upwards
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Very good judgement with the ability to assess impact of work on all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
