EVENTS MANAGER (PRODUCER)

Ken Fulk Inc is seeking an Events Manager (Producer) with a minimum of 6 years experience in events and production.

REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor’s Degree is required
A minimum of 6 years of work experience in event planning and coordination is required
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects in a complex, highly demanding, and fast-paced work environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, and a high proficiency in Excel is essential
Knowledge of design, fashion, and fine arts is desired
Food & Beverage and Hospitality experience is desired
Able to work a typical events schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed

ROLE

Responsible for supporting the Events Director and events team with the implementation of events

Manage event design and production

Coordinate and work closely with the internal design team (floral, branding, stylists, and interior architects and designers)

Coordinate with various vendors and consultants

Collaborate with events and branding teams to prepare invitations and collateral materials

Research and reach out to vendors for quotes and pricing

Manage tracking event costs and monitoring overall events budget

Manage operational elements of events

Manage and update invitation, mailing, and VIP lists

COMPENSATION

Position is full time and based in San Francisco.

Compensation is $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience level.

KFI & SJAS offers health insurance, a matching 401k plan, vacation and sick time.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday

Schedule includes evenings and weekends as needed

Schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the company, and may include holidays
