CNC Machine Maintenance Technician – Join Our Team at PDS Tech Commercial!

Location : Shrewsbury, MA 01545

Job Type : Full-time | Consultant (6 months)

Schedule : Monday to Friday | First Shift (7 AM - 3 : 30 PM)

Pay Rate : 29.00+ per hour

Are you an experienced CNC Machine Maintenance Technician with a passion for troubleshooting and maintaining high-performance machinery? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled professional to join our team and ensure the reliability and safety of our equipment and facilities.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues by interpreting machine error messages and operator feedback.

Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines, including oil / grease checks, hydraulic systems, and coolant maintenance.

Respond urgently to equipment issues, minimizing downtime through active troubleshooting of CNC machines and control systems.

Conduct mechanical maintenance on automated systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.

Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs for system optimization.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical repair of CNC machine tools.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment .

Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative in maintaining and improving equipment reliability.

Preferred : Experience with Fanuc controls .

Pay Details : 29.00 per hour
