Mobile Technician

We’re looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our Sacramento team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives on problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service directly to customers at their location. As the face of our company in the field, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of mobile equipment.

Communicate with customers to assess needs and provide effective solutions.

Accurately document all work performed, parts used, and services delivered.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards.

Keep current with industry trends and advancements in service technology.

Deliver excellent customer service and foster strong client relationships.

Assist in mentoring or training new technicians when needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive, electrical, or mobile service preferred.

Proven hands-on experience as a Mobile Service Technician or in a similar field.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Flexibility to travel locally as required.
