Senior Business Development Manager
The Senior Business Development Manager role is to ensure the future growth of Ingenovis Health by producing new client hospitals. This is achieved by researching and understanding hospital markets combined with strategic cold calling to hospital administration at the C-level; i.e., CEO, COO, CFO or CNO. Success will be dependent on the Senior Business Development Manager's ability to quickly educate the client on our model while justifying why Ingenovis Health is a good fit for their market. The Senior Business Development Manager will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to secure client interest producing site visits and long-term contracts.
Responsibilities
- Documents in an organized way all contacts made
- Independently and productively manages time and duties
- Cold calls newly identified prospects
- Trains and coaches BDAs and BDMs through sales process
- Creates presentations for potential clientele
- Reports weekly on new potential clients as well as provides updates on current potential
- Organizes and attends two (2) four (4) tradeshows annually
- Researches and presents new marketing options
- Collaborates with the marketing department to implement new marketing materials
- Learns and works within the Zeemaps system
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements and Experience
Minimum of two (2) years proven track record of success in a sales roleClosed four (4) sales in the last yearAbility to negotiate contracts independently of managementBachelor's degree in Business Administration or another related fieldTwo (2) years working in the healthcare industryExperience researching and identifying prospective marketsPresentation experienceExperience attending trade shows in a corporate environmentExcellent communication skills with high level executivesProficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookSelf-sufficient, strong time management and multi-tasking skillsExcellent ability to communicate processes and procedures in a training environmentSelf-motivation on a daily basisAbility to work independently of othersExcellent organization, prioritization and problem-solving skillsAbility to think outside the box to "get the ball rolling" with new clientsContinued growth of knowledge as it relates to the Cardiology and overall Health Care industryAbility to create a network of contacts to generate future businessCommitment to organizational core values : Integrity, Compassion and ExcellencePhysical Demands and Work Environment

Compensation Range $68,300.00 - $85,400.00
Benefits include : health, dental, vision, FSA / HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
