Position Title : Law Clerk (Part-Time)

Location : Saint Petersburg, Florida

Position Overview :

The Law Clerk position is based in our St. Petersburg office. As a Law Clerk, you will perform legal research, maintain files, and prepare legal documents. You will also communicate with clients, interview witnesses, handle court filings, and there will be shadowing opportunities at depositions and hearings. This position is with our General Trial Department, and you will focus on the following areas of law : Personal Injury, Construction Litigation, Premises Liability, Property Damage, and Employment Law.This is a Part-Time position (12-25 hours a week).

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications :

• Must be a Law Student (Prefer- law students rising to 2L or 3L Year)
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and analytical skills
• Be able to work independently but also work collaboratively
• Strong writing and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to meet deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions
