Our client is looking for a Controller to take ownership of their finance and accounting operations and help drive the next phase of our growth. Responsibilities :
- Lead all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, and reporting
- Develop and manage annual budgets, long-range forecasts, and variance analyses
- Collaborate with leadership on capital planning, investment strategies, and performance improvement
- Optimize ERP systems and processes
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and banking obligations
- Manage a small but high-performing finance team, with a focus on mentorship and development
- Champion cross-functional projects and change management efforts tied to finance transformation
