• Serves as Case Assignment / Placement Unit Input Associate.
• Keyboards and prepares a variety of complex materials, including, but not limited to detailed data entry, highly technical reports, Department forms, and correspondence.
• Utilizing independent judgment, responds to inquiries from caregivers, private agencies, and all levels of DCFS staff.
• Maintains confirmation logs and other records pertaining to payment and case tracking and assignment transactions.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
