Regional Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager

As the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager Remote for QXO, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the well?being of our people, protecting our fleet, and ensuring the safety and compliance of approximately 70 branch and transportation locations nationwide. Reporting to the Director of EH&S, you will be the field?based leader driving risk elimination, regulatory compliance, and cultural transformation. Will be responsible for Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, Missouri, and Kansas branches. Position will be remote with travel required.

Regulatory Expertise and Compliance

• Maintain in?depth knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and FMCSA regulations as they apply to warehousing, fleet, and delivery operations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for regulatory inquiries, inspections, and audits.
• Manage OSHA recordkeeping requirements (Forms 300, 300A, 301) with full audit readiness.
• Oversee DOT compliance, including driver qualification files, hours?of?service tracking, drug / alcohol testing, and vehicle inspection / maintenance programs.
• Ensure hazardous materials handling and transport comply with documentation, training, labeling, and incident response requirements.
