Mosholu Parkway Nursing & Rehabilitation Center -

Mosholu Parkway Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to support the facility’s leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across payroll processing, human resources management, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Administration

Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time using facility-approved systems.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Human Resource Management

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of staff.

Maintain employee records, including credentials, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Coordinate benefits enrollment and liaise with providers.

Support compliance with state and federal employment regulations.

Organize staff training sessions and track completion.

General Administrative Duties

Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas.

Draft correspondence, reports, and internal communications.

Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of documents.

Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships.

Serve as a liaison between departments and executive leadership.

Qualifications :

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or HR / payroll role, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll / HR software (e.g., ADP, Paycom).

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
