About Client :

The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Rate Range : $70-$75 / Hr

Job Description :

• We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with area of expertise in Cisco Contact Center solutions CUCM, UCCE, UCCX along with integration with NICE Quality management, Workforce Management, Outbound Dialer, IVR and 3rd party applications.
• The ideal candidate will play a vital role in the successful design of the overall architect for implementation, upgrade, and functionality test of the above solutions and adjuncts.
• This individual must possess strong technical knowledge in designing solutions with a customer-centric approach.
