Key Responsibilities
Provide professional counsel to the business and help set People priorities
Drive the People strategy to meet business objectives and roll out key initiatives
Act as an employee champion, mentor managers, and manage complex employee relations issues
Required Qualifications
3+ years of HRBP experience
Experience in a fast-paced technology company
Ability to interface effectively with professionals at all levels
High degree of empathy and strong interpersonal skills
Self-aware and resilient with a passion for HR-related topics
