Job Description
This is a Nursing Supervisor role in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) a 20-bed critical care unit specializing in neuro trauma surgical and medical critical care. The unit cares for highly complex patients including neuro / TBI / stroke spinal cord injuries trauma and complex post-surgical cases.
The Nursing Supervisor under the direction of unit leadership oversees and coordinates unit activities and personnel to ensure high-quality cost-effective patient care. Responsibilities include planning organizing and controlling departmental functions while adhering to nursing administration standards of practice.
