About This Team and Role

This positionis responsible forthe overall operational success of theTollsandViolationsprocessinggroupwhich includes multiple processing position is accountable for operational performance service-level agreements (SLAs) and serving as the primary liaison for other internal business groups. The position is also responsible for driving process excellence managing qualityassuranceandmaintainingthe (KPI) reporting process. This position is both people and data intensive; it requires excellent leadership critical thinking organizational dataanalysisand communication skills.

What Youll Do

• Directly manage and continuouslymonitoroperations in a complex resolve issues through analyzing and monitoring key transactional metrics.
• Workforce management including volumescapacity and costplanningwhich includes creating andmaintainingoperations metrics and KPIs.
• Analyze operational and process issues; develop diagnostic and / or data tracking tools to measure defects; and make recommendations for cost efficiencies. Forecast operational results based onidentifieddata trends.
• Increase processing effectiveness byidentifyingopportunities for improvement and designing / implementing solutions that improve throughputqualityand business profitability.
• Identifyand recommend process improvements for operations teams designed to reduce defects and maximize product and service quality and profitability
• Initiateand implement continuous improvement initiatives / projects in quality cost delivery and customer satisfactionleveragingthrough the application of Lean Six Sigma and company resources. The continuous improvement activities require strategiccreativeand forward thinking.
• Manage varying levels of staff including staff development retention and recruiting efforts.
