What You’ll Do :

Lead, mentor, and inspire our nursing team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care

Champion compliance, drive clinical outcomes, and implement effective policies and procedures

Collaborate across departments to ensure continuity of care and operational success

Foster a positive, engaged team culture rooted in accountability and compassion

Monitor quality indicators and lead QAPI efforts that make measurable impact

What We’re Looking For :

Active RN license in Oklahoma or Compact State

Associate’s or Bachelor's in Nursing

2+ years of nursing experience (1+ year in a leadership role preferred

• ALF and ILF experience a plus, but not required

Strong regulatory knowledge and a passion for operational excellence

A confident communicator, coach, and problem-solver
