Supply Chain Systems Coordinator I

Overview Please note this is an IT position, based in our Glendale, AZ Distribution Center. The Supply Chain Systems Coordinator I will support Logistics and Supply Chain operations through coordination and oversight of all software systems. This position will ensure all data within the WMS is up-to-date, partner with the Distribution Center’s to determine root cause of any issues found and review any new enhancements. This position will support all reporting requirements for hardware inventory, local change requests to any supply chain system and audits of these systems. Overview of Responsibilities Maintain up to date cube dimensions of all SKUs using CubiScan equipment. Create new items based on requests from procurement and validate provided information. Audit SKU dimensions daily. Modify Internal or Vendor contact information based on provided information. Create new customers and new store ID’s as they are set to roll out. Modify store ranks as indicated by procurement Work with local Operations teams to keep sort sequence up to date and activate or deactivate locations as needed. Verify locations are set up correctly based on accessibility and capacity. Assist in updating locations from storage to pickable locations. Partner with the local Inventory Control team and Operations team to maintain pick aisles in accurate standing based on placement of goods. Maintain replenishment / put-away policies. Maintain code tables. Audit users of Supply Chain systems based on weekly termination file. Qualifications High School diploma required Minimum 2 years’ experience with a WMS system or related system Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Position requires a flexible work schedule Ability to determine root cause and solve issues related to printers, PC’s, and general networking traffic issues Knowledge of ticketing system to document outstanding issues, organize workload, and escalate issues to the appropriate internal groups to drive a resolution to a problem Familiarity with a Zebra label printer, Scan gun maintenance and programming preferred Ability to provide 24x7 site support for the respective Distribution Center on an on call basis Benefits In addition to a rewarding career, Sprouts offers a comprehensive program to help support you and your family.
