Responsible for working on a single large-scale project, multiple smaller / less complex projects or a work stream. The Project Management function manages a BU project or program to successful outcome. This role is responsible for aligning resources, overseeing the budget, creating project plans and tracking key milestones / risks / dependencies. This is the key coordinator to ensure activities are completed.

Major Duties :

• Create Project Management documentation : Project Plan, Stakeholder Analysis, Issues Log, & Project Governance
• Understand business requirements, current / future state process flows, & test cases to effectively lead a project.
• Act as the main point of contact and build relationships with clients, in-house technology partners, operational areas, management and product development during the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Identify and communicate bespoke client requirements to work with internal business and IT partners to address
• Facilitate client meetings including producing agendas, status reporting, and document next steps
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from beginning to end
• Work closely with teams across the organization to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure all escalations are identified and communicated to management appropriately.

Salary Range : $83,100 - 141,300 USD
