Job Description

Salary : $38+ / hour DOE

Felix Construction is hiring a Dispatch CDL Driver for field work on water and wastewater construction sites! This position will require inspection, loading, transport and operation of a swing cab 30-ton boom truck. We are seeking candidates with 4-6 years of experience as a CDL certified operator.

What You'll Be Doing

Operate Boom Trucks, Roll Back Trucks, and Semi with Low Boy Trailer
Follow and complete equipment inspection forms
Must adhere to company, job site safety according to Safety Manager, Superintendent, Supervisor or Foreman
Strictly follow traffic law requirements
Work independently or with management to get assignments
Hauling equipment efficiently and in a safe manner
Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Plan and organize routes
Keep an accurate logbook
Works under direct supervision. Follows detailed instructions and reports any deviation to lead / supervisor. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Other Requirements

CDL A Class Certified

NCCCO Certified

NCCER Certified

TLL Certification Preferred

Annual DOT physical

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
