What you’ll do :

The Sr Web Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of websites, including database, business, security, and front-end user interfaces. All duties must be performed in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and applicable US laws and regulations. The target pay range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000.

  • Design and develop websites using ASP.Net and C#.Net Framework.
  • Collaborate with management, end-users, and IT peers throughout the SDLC.
  • Apply best practice software design principles in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Recommend technical design solutions and document requirements, including security considerations.
  • Research, plan, design, and develop new applications; maintain existing code; implement new features; write, tune, and debug SQL stored procedures for web applications.
  • Collaborate with other developers and management, share ideas, and participate in team meetings.
  • Work with source control systems such as TFS, GIT, and GitFlow.
  • Participate in code reviews.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

What you’ll need :

  • Solid experience with ASP.NET MVC and C#.NET.
  • Strong understanding of MS SQL stored procedures, queries, and Entity Framework.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, self-motivated, and independent work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-time software development experience in .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET Standard.
  • Experience with Azure, Web services, APIs, MicroServices / Azure functions, GIT or Azure DevOps, and Xamarin.
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Experience with WCF, XML, and web services development.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and OWASP security standards.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, secure development, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience developing for mobile platforms, integrating with social media, and mash-up services like Google Maps and Zillow API.
  • Nice-to-have : NoSQL databases (e.g., Elastic), Docker, Kubernetes.
