We are seeking an experienced Tax Technology Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our global indirect tax technology landscape. This role requires deep expertise in SAP (ECC and S / 4HANA), ONESOURCE Indirect Tax (Determination & Compliance), and related tax automation tools. The ideal candidate will bridge tax, technology, and finance functions to deliver scalable solutions that enhance compliance, efficiency, and data accuracy across jurisdictions.

What you'll be doing :

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of indirect tax solutions within SAP S / 4HANA and integrated applications.
• Provide support for Direct / Income Tax group and drive the deliverables.
• Manage integration and ongoing support of ONESOURCE Indirect Tax (Determination, Compliance, and Reporting) with ERP systems and legacy billing systems.
• Partner with global tax, finance, and IT teams to design scalable processes for VAT, GST, sales & use tax, and other indirect taxes.
• Lead system testing, UAT, and technology adoption to ensure a successful implementation.
• Monitor global indirect tax regulatory changes and assess their impact on tax technology solutions.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and data quality initiatives using tax technology tools.
• Act as a domain expert (SME) for indirect tax technology, providing guidance on system, design, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Manage vendor relationships with tax software providers (e.g., Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, SAP) and ensure timely upgrades / patches.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is $136,000 - $212,750. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
