Customer Service Representative

JOB PURPOSE

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer support to both internal and external clients by leveraging an in-depth understanding of PAGs products and services.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Functions :

• Communicate with customers regularly (weekly / daily) for updates on in-progress jobs via email and phone.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to jobs and quotes promptly
• Manage customer quote approvals re-quoting as necessary ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with production shipping warehouse and common carriers to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments
• Ensure quotes are processed efficiently and within defined timeframes.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments and individuals within the organization.
• Have strong team orientation
• Ability to read and write English follow verbal instructions and use basic math
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers ensuring repeat business.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

Physical Demands : Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking bending and reaching to shoulder level. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.

Equipment Operated : Ability to operate office machines and equipment and troubleshoot problems with equipment.

Education / Training : High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience : At least 2 years of related experience in customer service sales or a related filed preferably in the aviation industry.
